Executive Administrative Assistant
Employee will serve as receptionist and provide support for the CEO, maintain files for programs, grants, contracts and AP/AR, maintain the website, organize fundraisers and provide office management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, have exceptional grammar skills and excellent organizational skills, be fluent in MS Office applications, and be an independent worker. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Middle Keys Community Liaison/Program Director
Employee will supervise our programs in the Lower and Middle Keys, become a certified bike helmet and car seat technician, attend health fairs and community events, and liaise with lower and Middle Keys doctors and hospitals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, detail oriented, organized, people and child-oriented, comfortable with public speaking, creative and an independent worker. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Salary for both positions is based on experience.
