Meet the Team

In order to best lead our staff and serve our families, she is committed to her continuing education alongside other subject matter experts in the maternal and child health field.
Away from the office you will find Arianna spending most of her time with her six amazing teens/young adults. Director of Program Operations
I have served Monroe County since I relocated here in 2018. I am a mother of 3 boys; ages 22, 18 and 8 years old. I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL and joined the US Navy in 2003. I graduated from Troy University in 2007 with a Bachelors in Science degree; major in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. During my 13 years in the military, I travelled all around the world, I even lived in Japan for 3 years. While in the service I managed the Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (SAPR) Program, Sexual Assault Victim Intervention (SAVI) Program, and Family and Children Abuse Prevention Military Programs. I began my work as a Child/Adult Welfare Case Manager (Social Worker) in Fort Worth, TX in 2015 before relocating to Key West, FL in 2018 and continuing my work as a Child Welfare Case Manager. I am very passionate about helping people. I believe that if we take the time to learn someone’s story, we can reduce disruptions in a family’s day-to-day lives. Sometimes people just need a little assistance and this could prevent anything catastrophic.
“I am very excited to be a part of the Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition team. I believe that this was meant to be and my past work/life history will be a great addition to this wonderful organization.”
