Since 2005, Arianna has served Monroe County's pregnant women and families through empathic servant leadership, strong transparent business practices, and Keys-driven programmatic implementation. The Coalition's Board of Directors and staff put pregnant women and families at the heart of every decision and action. She considers it her extreme pleasure to lead such a compassionate, dedicated, highly educated, women and family-centered professional team.
She earned her Masters of Public Service Administration in Non-Profit Administration from the Bush School of Public Administration at Texas A&M University and has a cumulative 19 years of executive-level leadership in the Keys. During her time at the Coalition, she has become a CAPPA Certified Labor Doula, a PCI Certified Parent Coach, and PSI certified in PMAD assessment and treatment, and is currently completing her Birth Behind Bars Certification as well as her Bereavement Doula Certification. Recognized most recently by the Health Foundation of South Florida as a 2021 Inspiring Woman of Health, she has served as a director for numerous boards for community agencies and organizations to ensure Keys families benefit from comprehensive and quality care and services from local providers. Ensuring access to that support for all of our community members, regardless of their ethnicity, socio-economic or financial status has been a priority in her efforts for more than 15 years. In order to best lead our staff and serve our families, she is committed to her continuing education alongside other subject matter experts in the maternal and child health field.
Away from the office you will find Arianna spending most of her time with her six amazing teens/young adults. When not parenting or working on behalf of the families in the Keys, Arianna enjoys photography, reading, gardening, and genuinely filling her life with travel, good food, great friends, laughter and gratitude.

Director of Outreach
Child Passenger Safety Technician
Shannon has over 22 years of experience in human services non-profit organizations and 13 years of experience in marketing and outreach, with a specialty in strategic marketing. She has a passion for the work of non-profit agencies and a dedication to community service. She is a mother of a “conch baby”, wife, travel enthusiast, and alumna of the University of Texas in Arlington. For many years, Shannon was the Regional Marketing director for the Collin County YMCAs in Dallas, Texas. Through her proven marketing techniques, she became well-known for turning around financially troubled YMCAs and making them into successful ventures. Later, her work for Sulzer Group in New Orleans allowed her to focus on the challenge of helping non-profits rebuild (after Hurricane Katrina) through the legal appeal of FEMA denials. Her client acquisition efforts resulted in nine projects rebuilding schools, a nursing home and low-income housing projects. In 2011, Shannon became an adoption specialist for Wesley House Family Services to work with children in the foster care system. This work gave her valuable insight to the unique challenges for families in the Florida Keys, especially regarding medical and mental health services. In April 2021, Shannon joined the team at the FKHSC as Director of Outreach. She is dedicated to helping this valuable organization meet its vision of uniting people and resources to improve the health and well-being of pregnant women, children and their families in Monroe County.

From client, to volunteer, to active team member, Amanda has the advantage of experiencing the impact of our programs from every angle. She is a wife, mother, and home educator to seven beautiful children. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of her daughter, Abigail, she was moved to find a way to support others going through loss of a pregnancy, infant or child. Abigail inspired her mother to become a founding member of the Keys to Hope program, a new outreach of FKHSC, to support families through their grief and healing.
