Tot Swap 2017 dates are September 19-24. Put them on your calendar! The sale will be held at 2926 N Roosevelt Blvd, next to Key West K-Mart.
Go through your closets, drawers, and storage--pull out those unused items that are clean and in very good condition and turn them into cash! We accept high-quality clothing, toys, books, and games for children up to age 12, plus strollers, high chairs, baby beds and other baby gear.
Consignors earn 50% of their items, or 70% if you volunteer for the sale.
Our consignment pricing software is ready to go, so start sorting and pricing! See below for more details about the sale. Naturally, if you don't have time to consign your items, we also accept donations. Please bring donations into our office by August 25; any items donated after that may be held until next year's sale.
Quick login for returning consignors who consigned in 2015 or 2016 using the newer software. Do not bookmark any of the software's pages in your browser because they will not work. New users, scroll down for more details or to get started as a new consignor.

What is Tot Swap and how does it work?
Tot Swap is the largest children’s consignment sale in the Keys with thousands of items for children ages 0-12. Proceeds benefit the Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition’s programs for pregnant women, babies and their families.
The Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition sells gently used items that people have donated to us, and local families may also sell their own items at the sale.
Held each fall, Tot Swap 2017 will be September 19-24 in Key West. The sale will be held next to the Key West K-Mart.
Can I just donate my items? How and When? What type of items?
Yes, donations are gratefully accepted year-round. We accept:
gently used or new children’s clothes (sizes newborn to age 12)
books, toys, DVDs, games
linens, furniture, gear, supplies and more
Maternity clothes and items
We ask that you donate your items by August 25 to give us time to price everything prior to the sale. You may drop off items at our office at 1100 Simonton St (Room 1 in the Gato Building) during business hours. For large items, please call (305) 809-8426 to make arrangements.
Can I sell my own Items? How much do I earn?
Absolutely! You may sell any of the items listed above. Basically, the easiest route to earning money for your unused items involves 4 steps:
Sort through your stuff.
Register with our online software and print out price tags.
Tag and prepare your items and select a set-up appointment in the consignor software.
Check in and set up/hang your items on Sunday, September 17, and wait for your check in the mail for your items that sold.
Consignors earn 50% of the proceeds from their sold items. Consignors who volunteer 6 or more hours will earn 70% from their items. Checks are mailed following the sale.
Can I just come and shop?
Yes, stop by the sale for low prices on quality children’s clothes and other items! See below for details.
Do you need volunteers?
Yes, we have an immediate need for volunteers from now through clean up after the sale. There is no experience necessary to volunteer and we even have some opportunities available where you can work from home.
Students and others needing community service hours can volunteer as a group or individual shifts are available. Please email for more information.
