These are the providers that are in Monroe County only. There are other midwives and obstetricians in Miami. You can contact the Healthy Start program for more information.

Please check with each practice to see if they accept Medicaid, Insurance, or participate with Healthy Start by providing referrals and screens. Please use the Having a Baby? 10 Questions to Ask sheet below. Miami C-section rates are more than 50 percent! Monroe C-section rates are much lower and means that the practices are different here to ensure a normal birth.
